Recently, the site has been through some hardships, but now is the perfect time to begin the site with a fresh start! =) New clans will be made, and new people will be put into positions. I hope to see everyone respecting each other and most of all, having fun on a site that everyone loves. There probably won't be many mods or admins for a while as I make some decisions, but I hope to see lots of good things around here.

1. No cussing on pages, threads, or Private Messages.
2. No adding, moving, or deleting pages without permission.
3. Cats must be normal. This means no strange eye/fur colors, and no godmode.
4. You may not role play another person's cat without permission from them.
5. No advertising anywhere except for the Advertising Page .
6. You cannot simply kill another cat. You must get permission from them first.
7. Your cat's name cannot have the word "star" in it unless you are a clan leader.
8. No copying names from the book. It's a little illegal thing called plagirism.
9. Here on WCC2New, you do have freedom of speech so long as you don't say anything insulting or hurtful.
10. No 'mature content' amongst this site. Not in PMs, not in rps, not acceptable anywhere. There are younger/innocent users here.
11. No inbreeding or homosexual coupling. We know this occurs in real life, however, some user's parents do not consent with this.
12. No creating hurtful or rude usernames.
13. No making up clans or jumping into high positions. These positions are given to people that the moderaters/admins deem fit.
14. All of the pages here were made through the collaborative effort of the members of WCC2 New. Please don't steal any content from this site, unless you are the sole author of that content.
