	Want to get to know someone better? Well, why not take a look at our weekly interviews? Lunarshadow is in charge of interviewing the members of the site. Lunarshadow chooses a Registered User, Writer, Moderator, or Administrator to interview, then has other people ask them questions! Roleplay and be active, and who knows, you might be the next person to be interviewed!

	Around once a month, the Admins discuss the activity of the Moderators and Writers. If they think that there could be improvement, they start a Mod/Writer Activity Check. These last one week, and ask Mods and Writers to gather a certain amount of contributions within a week through roleplaying. If they fail to reply to the check, and fail to pass the "Cont Count," they face demotion. Keep an eye out for these!
